The private information which is required to register for the services will be kept in the strictest confidence by the Provider and not made known to any third parties. If the user decides to pay the once-off logo removal fee and to pay the fee by card, their card details will not be retained by the Provider in any way. The Provider cannot be held responsible for security breaches occurring on the User’s electronic device (Personal Computer or other electronic device used to browse the Website), which may result due to the lack of adequate virus or spyware protection software.
Card Acquiring – Payment Gateway
Card Transactions are acquired by iVeri Payment Technologies (Pty) Ltd, a registered systems operator and payment gateway in South Africa or by PayPal. Card Holders may go to www.iveri.com to view iVeri’s Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) certification and visit the PayPal website in order to review the terms of use that are applicable to the PayPal payment interface.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
The Provider endeavors to consider all requests for refunds of the logo removal fee and encourage feedback from Users relating to the services which are offered through the Website.
