These Terms and Conditions (“the Terms and Conditions”) govern your (“the User”) use of the excel-skills.com (“Provider”) website located at the domain name www.excel-skills.com (“the Website”). E-Commerce & Privacy

The Excel Skills website sells unique spreadsheet based financial models and subscriptions to online data analytics products. The use of any product or service bought from this Website is at the purchaser’s risk. The purchaser/ user indemnifies and holds the Provider harmless against any loss, injury or damages which may be sustained as a result of using the products sold on the Website.

The private information that is required for executing the orders that are placed through the e-commerce facility, namely the User’s personal information, card details and telephone numbers will be kept in the strictest confidence by the Provider and not made known to any third parties. Card details are not retained by the Provider under any circumstances. The Provider cannot be held responsible for security breaches occurring on the User’s electronic device (Personal Computer or other electronic device used to browse the Website), which may result due to the lack of adequate virus or spyware protection software.

Card Acquiring – Payment Gateway

Card Transactions are acquired by PayFast, Stripe or PayPal, all three leading international payment gateways with global operations. Subscriptions are maintained through PayFast and Stripe and no card details are stored in the Provider's databases.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

The Provider endeavors to consider all requests for refunds and encourage feedback from Users relating to the services that are offered through the Website. All refund requests will be considered based on the services that have been utilized by the User and the reasons for requesting a refund as supplied by the User.

No refunds will be issued for partial periods of subscription based products but all subscriptions can be cancelled with immediate effect thereby not incurring any future charges from that point onwards.

The User may visit the Website without providing any personal information. The Website servers will in such instances collect the IP address of the User computer, but not the email address or any other distinguishing information. This information is aggregated to measure the number of visits, average time spent at the Website, pages viewed and other statistical information. Provider uses this information to determine use of the Website, and to improve Content thereon.

Choice of Law

This Website is controlled, operated and administered by Provider from its offices within the Republic of South Africa.
