What are the fees for using your tax calculator plugin on our website?

We do not charge any fees for using the standard income tax calculator with our logo included at the bottom of the calculator - it is 100% free!

Can we change the default calculator text & background colours?

Yes, register for a free account, log in and change the default calculator style. Remember to save your changes which will update your live website.

Where can I get the hexadecimal colour codes to change the default calculator colours?

We highly recommend using coolors.co which is a great resource for testing colour combinations and copying colour codes.

Can we change the default calculator input field values?

Yes, you can set the initial values which are included in the calculator before the user changes any input fields. Just register, log in and specify your values.

Is the calculator suitable for mobile devices?

The calculator is fully responsive which means that it automatically resizes based on the width of the screen. It is therefore suitable for desktop, tablet and mobile devices.

We’ve completed the setup but we’re seeing an error message on our website?

You will see an error message if you included the calculator code on your website but did not register for a free account. If you have registered, check the website address that you specified and make sure that it is the same as the site on which you have added the calculator code.

Is there a limit on the number of websites that I can include the calculator on?

No, there is currently no limit but you need a separate account for each website because you can only use one website address per account.

Is there a limit on the number of free accounts that I can have?

There is currently no limit on the number of free accounts that you can register for and we only suspend accounts if they are not active during a 60-day period.

I've registered previously but cannot remember my login details?

Go to the Main Setup Panel, select Login and click the Forgot Login link to retrieve your calculator ID and password via the e-mail address that you used when you registered.
